Children born between 1st February 2020 and 31st January 2021 could apply

Applications will be issued only to a parent of the child who enter between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.

Please bring the following documents with you ;

1. Original Birth Certificate of child
2. Original Baptism Certificate of Child (Catholics only)
3. Family Book (Catholics only)
4. Marriage Certificate
   National Identity card of the parent
